Gable Support Beam. This is in the current range and used to support the gable frames over big spans

Ultraquick Eaves Beam. This was an integrated PVC, Aluminium eaves beam gutter design.

Pre-Multi Single Skinned Bar. This single skin bar is no longer available and no supports (i.e. steel inserts) were available. Overall height was 52mm (not including top cap or GBCA)

6 SERIES PRE MULTIBAR

Pre-Multi Single Skinned Bar. This single skin bar is no longer available and no supports (i.e. steel inserts) were available. Overall height was 60mm (not including top cap or GBCA)

7 SERIES PRE MULTIBAR

Pre-Multi Single Skinned Bar. This single skin bar is no longer available and no supports (i.e. steel inserts) are available. Overall height was 73mm (not including top cap or GBCA)

Fluted Double Skin Bars. This small double skin bar is no longer available and no supports (i.e. steel inserts) are available. Overall height was 55mm (transom including top cap)

Fluted Double Skin Bars. This small double skin bar is no longer available and no supports (i.e. steel inserts) are available. Overall height was 65mm (Transom including top cap)

This was a fabricated aluminium body via our in house fabrication department. No parts are available for this product

This was our first extruded aluminium bodied ridge. No parts are available for this product

This was our 2nd extruded aluminium bodied ridge with a ridge top cap tie rod included. No parts are available for this product

Formed Aluminium Ridge Body. The much improved unit was the first to incorporate ridge carriages and the baffle was split in to two, a new undercladding and top cap was added. Pitch ranges are 15 to 40.9 degree

Formed Aluminium Ridge Body. The MK4 ridge was slightly improved to with a new ridge carriage and the glazing 'hole' was enlarged. Pitch ranges are 15 to 40.9 degree

Ventilated Wallplate was our first and only version which is still current to date. this can accommodate pitches from 5 to 30 degree

Latest Variable Wallplate is our latest offering of the basic wallplate. there is no top cap with this product. Pitch ranges are 5 to 45 degree

Low Pitch Wallplate was one of our first basic wallplates with no top caps designed for under soffits etc. This was a fixed ridge and the pitches ranged from 5 to 10 degree. Replaced by the PWLA

Variable Wallplate was one of our first basic wallplates with no top caps designed for under soffits etc. This was a variable ridge with the pitches ranging from 10 to 30 degree. Replaced by the PWLA

Standard Top Caps are still available within our current range (although some are not available due to loosing the smaller bars such as 5 and 6 series bars). These are a singled skin product

These top Caps have a chamber built in that gives better thermal performance.

Ridge Bodies and Wallplates
