ALUMINIUM WALLPLATE CHANNEL
This is the main body for the ultralight 500. this is the section the panels and glazing bars will rest / be fixed to.
WALL CHANNEL FOAM
This is situated inside the aluminium wallplate channel. The glazing material is then forced into the foam, which acts as a seal
PVC-U WALLPLATE TOP CAPPING
This clips onto the top lip of the aluminium wallplate and allows the fitter to lead flash onto it
VENTILATED WALLPLATE UNDER CLADDING
This clips onto the lower section of the aluminium wallplate(internal side of conservatory) as an underclad
ALUMINIUM WALL SPACER (60MM WIDE)
This locates to the rear of the wallplate and acts as a spacer to move the wallplate away from the wall during installation
VENTILLATION OPEN/CLOSE BUTTON
This connects to the ventilation area of the internal wallplate cladding to allow the opening and closing of the internal vent system.
WALLPLATE END CAPS
These are used to cover the end of the wallplate and ensure against water ingress
FASCIA FIXING KIT
This product is used when the wallplate has been place high under a soffit and they want a walllplate top cap to finish off the roof
4.8X50MM SCREW
Used to fix through the wallplate main body and aluminium wall spacer into the host wall
