This is 'slotted' in to the cavity created by the internal glazing sitting high in the Georgian 'T' section
HIP INFILL (20x13 ANGLE) - VICTORIAN
This is 'slotted' in to the cavity created by the internal glazing sitting high in the Victorian 'T' section
EAVES RAIL TRIM (use code BLDC420 only, BLDCA for classic plus only)
Situated at the bottom of the 'T' sections to trim off the end of the internal skin of polycarbonate, used in conjunction with the eaves rail clip.
TIE BAR BRACKET ASSEMBLY
this is positioned against the transom bar and fixed using the BLTS001 hex screws
DEEP TIE BAR BRACKET COVER
this is a cover that slots over the tie bar bracket before the installation of the connection fork
TIE BAR CONNECTION FORK
connects to the tie bar bracket and allows the threaded rob to be screwed into it using the BLTS002 hex button screw
BLINDS TIE BAR SECTION INFILL
These are positioned around the tie bar brackets (push fit in to the above and below T section) to allow the blonds to be seated.
M10 HALF NUT (DIN 439)
these are used to secure the tie bar rod to the tie bar brackets.
M10 FULL NUT (DIN 934)
Placed on the ends of the threaded rod before inserting into the tie bar connection fork
M6 X 12mm HEX SOCKET BUTTON HEAD SCREW
used to secure the tie bar bracket to the glazing bars. these are used with standard flange nuts
M10 X 30mm HEX SOCKET BUTTON HEAD SCREW
these are used to secure the tie bar rod to the tie bar brackets.
EAVES RAIL TRIM CLIP
Secured using eaves trim screw to the bottom of the 'T' section to allow the fitment of the eaves rail trim
INSTALL GUIDE
Used to aid in the installation of the roof
BLINDS VALLEY CLADDING
This is connected using the standard valley barbs in the usual manner under the valley wings.
GLAZING SPACER (20 x 25) - BOLSTER
This is seated between the two glazing panels on a wall/gable starter bar detail as a spacer to keep the polycarbonate apart
BOLSTER T FIXING SCREW - 4.8x32
Used to secure the 'halved T' sections to the bolster
HIGH TEMPERATURE TAPE 15mm
This is used to secure the 'BLAT250' in to the channel on the Victorian and Georgian 'T' section
EAVES RAIL TRIM FIXING SCREW
Used to secure the eaves rail trim clip to the 'T' sections
